Cancellation Policy

Aurora Home tries to deliver excellent service everytime to our customer and works on an entirely customer centric methodology and we always believe in customer’s happiness. If we fails in fulfill our promise, we have a very simple cancellation policy.
The process starts from initiating a cancelation request by sending an email or a phone call to your account manager. You immediately receive a confirmation from your account manager with the date of cancellation. Yes, it is as simple as it sounds. Our official policy on cancellation stands as follows:

  • The customer is solely responsible for canceling their account.
  • All the data stored with Aurora Home will be archived immediately from all our servers but will be stored with us for future use. We guarantee your privacy will not be compromised in any case
  • If the customer chooses to cancel their service during a month that they have already paid for, the cancelation will take effect immediately. Aurora Home will not charge you after that period of time.

Termination Of Account

Aurora Home, in its sole discretion, has the full right to terminate or suspend your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service. It will be happened in the event of if Aurora Home find any customer getting involved in any abusive behavior, tries to access any of our servers or portals servers or databases without authorization or our permission.
Aurora Home may also terminate your service and cancel your account in any case of data thept and using any software which is illegal.

Aurora Home reserves the right to refuse service to any customer under various circumstances at any time.

Refund Policy

Aurora Home provides, One time incident based plan, Yearly Plan/ subscription based Plan for computers, printer repair, software/ other technical services users. Aurora Home is a reliable service provider and has an easy refund policy for both one time incident based plans and subscription based plans. After taking the services, the customer can ask for a full refund within one month if they are not satisfied with the services*. After one month the refund will issued on pro rata basis of the services. In case of one time plan, customer is entitled to get full refund if issue not resolved within 48 hour, if issue is fixed then no refund will be provided. While delivering the services if any hardware delivered to customer, then the refund will be initiated after deducting hardware charges if hardware is not returned within 15 days of delivery. The refund can take 7-10 business day to reflect in same account.

In the case of one time incident based plans below mention policy will be followed-

In the case of one time incident plan the customer can ask for full refund only if the problem does not resolved within 48 hours (business days)

  • If the problem get resolved and if the customer come across with same problem within 48 hours then full fee will be refunded.
  • If the customer call after 48 hours with the same or new issue then no fee will be refunded.

  • In the case of yearly based plans below mention policy will be followed-

  • Customers are entitled to get full refund within one month without any question if they are not satisfied with the services.

  • Note: Return window for any hardware delivered to customer, is only 15 days. After 15 days, customer will get the refund after deducting all hardware charges.

According to Bank Policy the refundable fee will take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
